After the ventilation is completed, the sealing and heat insulation of the grain outlet and each vent at the bottom of the warehouse should be done well. The grain surface after ventilation and cooling should be covered and sealed in a timely manner. In the spring and summer when the temperature rises, the top fan of the warehouse should be used for ventilation to eliminate the accumulated heat on the top of the warehouse in a timely manner, and reduce the difference between the warehouse temperature and grain temperature. The mechanical ventilation of the steel silo should be equipped with a ventilation automatic control system and a manual operating system. The use of mobile large-scale ventilators should have a pressure-reducing starting device, the ventilator should be equipped with a shock-absorbing device, and the moving trolley of the ventilator should have a locking device to prevent displacement; the trend of the ventilator and the trend of the steel silo should be connected by a hose. The natural discharge trend of the warehouse roof should be turned on during ventilation. The axial flow fan on the top of the warehouse can also be turned on if necessary during ventilation. In addition to the mechanical ventilation system, the steel silo should also be equipped with 1-2 sets of single-tube ventilation units to deal with the problem of local heating of the grain pile.
